Excellent location, clean and spacious!
coffee machine separated area easy check-in great location
The location worked great. I found a coffee machine in the lobby, very convenient. The bathroom had a good separated area. Check-in was easy too.
The beds are slightly hard.

The Triple Room included a spacious layout. It featured comfortable beds and ample space for luggage, which helped keep the room tidy, and it made moving around easier. Air conditioning worked efficiently.

The receptionist Anna provided excellent service. She offered helpful tips about local cuisine, restaurants, and tours. She was polite and very helpful.

This hotel has a very central location. Many main attractions are just a few minutes walk away, and , made sightseeing convenient. The area was quiet at night too.

Breakfast offered something for every taste. There was quite a range of options. The coffee machine in the lobby was accessible. I had hot chocolate as well.

Central Location, Basic Comfort
large room english channel central location
Check in was fast, and the room was large. It had air conditioning and a TV with an English news channel. The location makes going to Charles Bridge and Main Square easier. Free tea and coffee is available at the reception.
Street noise was loud. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear people talking outside at all hours.

The triple room was spartan but clean. It included a good shower. Beds were large and comfortable. The family room was quiet.

convenient central spot
excellent location helpful staff clean rooms
the location is excellent, especially for attractions. the staff was helpful during check-in and check-out. rooms were clean and bigger than expected. furniture looked adequate for a comfortable stay.
The room was not soundproofed. Outside noise was audible. the air conditioning was weak. breakfast options were limited.

The location was acceptable. It's close to many attractions.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. The bed linen was dirty, I was frustrated! There was mold in the bathroom, and the paint was peeling. The extra toilet paper roll looked like it had been there for ages and was wet.
